Marc Forgette is Anishinaabe, Bear Clan, and a proud member of the Apitipi Anicinapek Nation in Treat 9. As the founder of Makatew Inc., Marc brings cultural knowledge, lived experience, and years of facilitation expertise to stages across Canada.
A dynamic speaker and award-winning cultural educator, Marc's work centers on reconciliation, cultural revitalization, and building understanding between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities. Whether he's speaking to educators, executives, or youth, Marc's goal is always the same: create a safe space for learning without shame or guilt.
